Between juggling appointments & workload, coping with fatigue or other treatment effects, and often a lack of understanding from others - working life after a cancer diagnosis can be necessary, rewarding, but also exhausting.
I am here to help you explore how to move forward, making sure you are getting to where you want be both personally and professionally.
Navigating cancer is about more than just "getting through it." It’s about maintaining your agency and your identity. Cancer coaching doesn't follow a clinical checklist; it focuses on core coaching pillars designed to help you integrate your diagnosis into a working life that meets your needs and ambitions.
During our sessions we will focus on the practical strategies that keep you moving forward. This means we may look at nutrition, movement, and sleep as primary tools for managing fatigue and treatment effects. Or we may explore how to manage your energy and stress levels so you have enough "you" left for the things that matter. Work relationships can fluctuate post diagnosis, so we might explore how to navigate these.
This is your coaching, so you will set the agenda and area(s) of focus based on your own needs and goals.

A key factor in successful coaching is the relationship between the coach and the coachee; it’s about the connection. A chemistry call offers a space for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and for us to see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. Navigating cancer is personal - your coaching should be, too.
