Who Is Coaching Suitable For?

Coaching is suitable for anyone looking to achieve a goal, overcome a challenge, or seeking personal growth. As per my Scope of Practice,  I work with non-clinical populations. If you have any current or previous mental health issues, please refer to your GP/Health Professional to discuss your suitability for coaching.

What Can I Expect During A Session?

Each session is personalised to your own agenda. We will explore your values, your current situation, identify barriers to success, and create actionable strategies to help you achieve your goals. Sessions are collaborative, confidential, and solution-focused.

What Results Can I Expect?

The aim is to help you achieve your goals. However, successful coaching depends on all kinds of things some of which may be outside our control. Commitment and consistency are key and there are likely to be some things you will need to practice daily. Coaching is, however, very effective and I will work with you to make sure you are ready,  confident & motivated to achieve your goals.

Do You Offer Remote Coaching Sessions?

Yes, I offer coaching sessions online to accommodate busy schedules and ensure accessibility regardless of location. Face-to-face sessions are also available, however expenses would be due in addition to the standard session fee.
